Traineeships are part of the Australian Apprenticeship Scheme whereby employees undertake training as part of their employment conditions. Workstar, as a Registered Training Organisation, can conduct the required training in conjunction with you so that staff can attain a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion.

Solution Managers will work with you to identify training needs - both short-term and long-term. We will look at current internal training programmes and map the best approach based on matching accredited competencies and required skills.

Our solutions team can also help determine skills gaps and identify how, through using our online platform for increased visibility, you can leverage the most out of your employees' new skills.
