Head of e-Solutions and ServicesMartin Greenlees is responsible for e-Solutions and Services at Workstar. With over 15 years international management experience, Martin has a successful track-record of leading projects involving the design, development and implementation of solutions, and consulting services, for clients in Australasia, Europe and the USA.
Martin has strong skills at developing sustained client relationships, delivering on-time and on-budget projects, and supporting very high levels of client satisfaction. He uses proven best-practices, and leads and mentors staff to reach their full potential and deliver the best results possible.
Martin has successfully managed consulting and implementation projects, ranging from small-scale strategic engagements, to high profile projects that were rolled-out to over 10,000 customer employees. Clients included, Telstra, David Jones, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Consulting globally, The Department of Fair Trading, and the international operations of many large professional services firms.
Martin holds a Batchelor of Commerce degree majoring in management, and received the highest award in the 1999 Australian Technology Awards during his time at Solution 6 as General Manager of Product Development.
