Gerard Manion

Executive Director

Gerard is passionate about delivering business growth through realising the value of people.

With 16 years experience in the retail industry encompassing various management roles, Gerard’s experience includes National Retail Training Manager for Rebel Sport, Australia’s leading retailer of sporting equipment, apparel and footwear. It was in this role where he was responsible for the training of more than 2,500 staff.

In 2001, Gerard co-founded Enfo Knowledge Solutions, Australia’s leading provider of retail eLearning solutions. Enfo was acquired by TodayCorp in 2003.

Gerard continues to play an active role with Workstar clients including Repco, Australian Kitchen Industries, Elizabeth Arden and Pfizer. Gerard’s current role is to establish and drive innovation throughout the vertical markets and challenge current business structures. Gerard also leads the National Workstar Versity Sales team.

In 2006, Gerard was recognised by the Australian Human Resources Institute as the NSW State Winner and a National Finalist in the AHRI Leadership Awards.

Gerard is also an accomplished and much sought after Australian artist, having been commissioned by the Sydney Dance Company to design the sets for the now world famous, Ellipse, Air and Other Invisible Forces and Grand.
