Versity eRecruitment

Workstar’s Versity eRecruitment solution is a comprehensive registration, application, screening system that provides and maintains an applicant database and offers the capability to deliver online induction training to successful candidates prior to commencing employment.

Applicants access the job application portal via a website, complete their details online and answer a series of screening questions to assess their suitability. The completed application is sent to the companies customised Recruitment Management System (RMS) where the application can be accessed by management for review and managed throughout the process.
