In support of the Ronald McDonald House Annual Ride for Sick Kids starting next week on the 27 th August, TodayCorp have sponsored McDonalds National Training Manager Angela Henrys. Completing the Port Macquarie to Newcastle leg, Angela will be one of 16 riders who ride daily on the eight day bike ride.
"With the event now quickly approaching, the team are really looking forward to the ride. We have now raised over $45,000 and are still hoping to beat the target of $100,000. I have been training hard and am a little daunted by the ride ahead however I am really looking forward to the challenge." Angela recently commented.
All proceeds from the 680km bike ride will go towards Ronald McDonald House in the Hunter, the home away from home for families of seriously ill children who must travel from country or regional areas for hospital treatment.
