As part of the monthly reporting process to government, we are introducing access to live data.
Many businesses, particularly manufacturing and engineering, are currently facing skills shortages. To address these shortages, Workstar has partnered with several major employers nationwide and engineering skills centres in Victoria.
With overall retention rates for study as low as 45%, Workstar is leading the way in meeting COAG’s aim to encourage more trainees to complete their courses.
Systems that enable us to map an employee’s experience and previous training against our nationally recognised training packages ensure coursework is always relevant and interesting.
Workstar has assisted over 1,800 small businesses through staff training programmes. As one of the largest accredited training providers in Australia with a broad national network, Workstar has helped many regional and rural businesses to grow and be active in their local communities.
