Transport & Distribution
Parmalat Australia specialises in the production of branded milk and dairy products. They are one of the major manufacturers of milk, yoghurt and fresh dairy products in Australia. The company has an impressive stable of well recognised, popular milk and dairy brands and proudly market these household names in both the Australian and overseas markets. Brands include the likes of Parmalat, Pauls, Trim, PhysiCAL, Breaka, Ice Break and Vaalia.
To reinforce their obligation under the different Commonwealth Acts governing their industry in areas of Food Safety and OH&S, and to consolidate the skills of their staff, Parmalat partnered with Workstar to deliver their training. Over the past 12 months, Workstar have delivered Certificate III Food Processing and Certificate III Transport Distribution (Warehousing and Storage) to over 75 Parmalat employees.
