Roberts Real Estate (RRE) is the largest estate agency in Tasmania and one of the largest in Australia. They have over 100 sales consultants based in 28 offices throughout all areas of Tasmania. The company currently manages over 2,500 properties statewide and is the largest provider of property management services in the State.
RRE currently has over 100 students undertaking their training with Workstar. For the past 12 months Workstar has provided them with Certificate III and IV in Property and Certificate III and IV in Business. These accredited courses map with RRE’s already comprehensive internal training program and awards their staff with a recognised certificate. It provides a framework for the RRE professional development program and assists in their industry compliance whilst remaining consistent with nationally recognised standards. RRE have found that the training encourages a learning environment within the company and aids them in staff retention.
