Chicken Treat

Retail

From humble beginnings in Perth in 1974, Chicken Treat has grown into one of the West’s largest fast food chains. The Chicken Treat brand now has over sixty stores throughout Western Australia. The brand serves over six million customers each year, and turns over more than $50 million annually. The team at Chicken Treat work hard to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

For the past 2 years, Workstar has been providing Certificate II in Retail, Certificate II and III Retail (Supervision) and Certificate II and III Retail (Operations) to Chicken Treat employees. Since then, Chicken Treat has found that the training has improved their operational standards and customer service which has also increased sales. In addition, they have found that their staff retention has improved, as has the consistency in quality processes, making the training an overall success.
