Repco are the largest supplier of parts to the automotive aftermarket industry in Australia and New Zealand. They have five major businesses, Repco, Ashdown, Motospecs, Mcleod Accessories and Ingram. Through these businesses, they provide customers with the most complete product portfolio in the automotive aftermarket industry. Their businesses operate from over 430 locations and employ more than 3,800 people across Australia and New Zealand. Repco believe their greatest asset is their professional staff whose passion for the automotive industry, product knowledge and customer focus are second to none in the industry.


Partnering with Workstar in 2006, Repco were the first company in the retail automotive industry to introduce an eLearning solution to enhance their employees skills and knowledge. Developed by Workstar, ‘Repco REV’ enables Repco to deliver standardised recruitment, training and communications learning modules whilst meeting the individual training needs of every staff member.
