Their businesses operate from over 430 locations and employ more than 3,800 people across Australia and New Zealand. Partnering with Workstar in 2006, Repco were the first company in the retail automotive industry to introduce an eLearning solution to enhance their employees skills and knowledge. Developed by Workstar, ‘Repco REV’ enables Repco to deliver standardised recruitment, training and communications learning modules whilst meeting the individual training needs of every staff member.
