Mining
Rio Tinto is one of the world's leading mining and exploration companies. They find, mine and process the earth's mineral resources, namely metals and minerals essential for making thousands of everyday products that meet society's needs and contribute to improved living standards. Their activities span the world with production from every continent. Their products include aluminium, copper, diamonds, energy products, gold, industrial minerals and iron ore.
For the past year Workstar has been working alongside a team of consultants assisting Rio Tinto in aligning their business processes and helping roll out their new single business solution, SAP to over 30 different Business Units.
Workstar has been involved across all project phases and all four Transition Support workstreams including:
- Business Engagement,
- Communications,
- Business Unit Capability, and
- Learning and Performance Support.
