State Swim is both nationally and internationally recognised as the leading Swimming School organisation in Australia. State Swim conducts more private swimming lessons per week than any similar organisation in Australia. The size of the State Swim enables them to present only the highest quality facilities and programmes to its customers. State Swim Schools are innovators in the fields of teacher training and in making the teaching of swimming enjoyable and rewarding for both pupil and parents alike.
Workstar have been delivering Certificate IV Frontline Management and Certificate IV Training and Assessment to State Swim since 2004. They initially started the training program to provide management staff with specific management training, as they had not previously had any formal management training. The training focused on dealing
with a large number of staff in addition to a focus on customer service.
